same good & fortunate Success. -- The Dutchess of York continues very indifferent, She has lost Her Physician Dr Pittcairn who is gone to Lisbon in search of Health, & I understand Dr Rennels is to attend Her when she wants Advice. The accounts of Poor Eduard's Fall are much more Serious than was expected, The Physicians & Surjeons are of oppinion that an Abcess is forming in His [[underline]] thigh [[/underline]] of which the matter his very deep & being Sensible of their own ignorance rather wish Him to be moved to England in case any opperation should be performed, There are still some Letters expected by the next Mail from Him which are to determine what Steps it will be Necessary to take. I wish the Wind would favour the arrival of the Mail as I fear the longer his coming
