GPP Transcribers & Reviewers
The personal information captured when an individual registers to be a transcriber and reviewer includes:
- Email Address
- Real Name (Optional)
- Institution Affiliation
Your personal information is used for transcription user account management and email notifications for GPP transcription.
Transcribers and reviewers are given credit (attribution) for your work. This is achieved by including your username or real name, if you supplied it, with the role ‘transcriber’ in the final transcribed document.
Your personal information may be shared with official programme partners (based in the U.S.A or the UK) when you make an enquiry in order for us to effectively answer your query. W&M Libraries/ transcribegeorgianpapers will request via email your permission prior to sharing your information with programme partners.
