at St James's. After his Majesty's departure General Budé, Colonel Digby & Myself took a pleasant [[underline]] quiet [[/underline]] ride - We began it by riding up the Long Walk, to The Duke of Cumberland's Lodge & thence to shady parts of the Great Park -- This day's ride, was the reverse of that of Yesterday - We did not go out of a foots pace the whole day, & to our hearts content, We enjoyed the [[underline]] cool Breezes under Shade [[/underline]], & admired various succeeding prospects at our leisure. We dined at our usual Hour & after dinner I received His Majesty on his return from St James's Palace - He prepared directly for his Walk on The Terrace with his Family - After which the Evening wound up with Tea & a crash of Music in the Music Room at the Queen's Lodge Thus Wind up our days, & Evenings in
