Riding House, & to His Stables. I now received His Majesty's commands to meet Him tomorrow Morning ( Augst. 17th. Friday) at Greenwich Hospital-- I was commanded to give The same notice to [[underline]] The Marquis of Lothian [[/underline]] Lord of His Bedchamber & to [[underline]] Colonel Townsend [[/underline] one of The Grooms of His Bedchamber, with directions that I was to take both These Gentlemen in My Coach with Me to Greenwich Hospital -- His Majesty when giving Me these directions added [[underline]] "You will find Lord Lothian full of difficulties & distresses." [[/underline]] In obedience to these My Directions from The Queen's House I immediately waited on The Marquis of Lothian, & likewise on Colonel Townsend-- The former I found at his House I imparted to Him The Commands I was directed
