After Breakfast His Majesty walked to His Stables, attended by The Young Princes and Myself-- No directions for the intended ride of this Morning -- The Inspection of his Horses was interrupted by His Hunters being at this time out at Exercise. Left The Stables & went into [[underline]] The Long Walk [[/underline]] in the Great Park to look for Them. Their Exercise extended beyond the Long Walk, & His Majesty did not find Them there, but crossing afterwards some neighbouring grounds He met with Them in a Lane, on their return from Exercise -- Returned from His Walk to the Queen's Lodge at Twelve -- Was gratified by A Note I found from My Brother, which announced his being at Salt Hill -- I wrote to Him advising Him, to dine there, as I was so
