Frogmore House, Jany. 26th. 1821 My Dearest Brother A thousand thanks for your most kind letter and enquiries, I am very considerably better today for the [[underline]] Leeches [[/underline]] which were applied last Night. I placed them exactly where I felt the weight and oppressing pain which was rather below the throat - they bled immensely and have relieved me beyond measure. Sir Henrys Good Advice of having [[unclear]] to a Blister succeeded so well the first day that it encouraged me to try a second which also helped to do good - but the Leeches have been the most effective as I could place them on the very [[underline]] Spot of worry [[/underline]] I hope in a few days to inform you that I can follow you to Bagshot Dearest Mary is enchanted with your letter and I trust we shall have the pleasure of enjoying Her Society together - I am still in bed which obliges me to conclude this as I must take care not to catch cold with James's Powders. they agree so well that [[underline]] [[unclear]] [[/underline]] thought I ought as Sir [[underline]] Henry had ordered [[/underline]] them to repeat them again - I am very very happy things are gaining ground on the right and just side - [[underline]] Col Vyse [[/underline]] called here Yesterday to tell Miss [[unclear]] and me what pride and Exultation He [[unclear]] your reception on Tuesday last.
