I said [[underline]] have you [[unclear]] asked the Physicians whether they think the Swelling of the legs is connected with the complaint on the Chest? [[/underline]] She said [[unclear]] no I cannot plague them with my [[underline]] foolish [[/underline]] fancies and Questions. I replied believe me no question can [[underline]] be foolish [[/underline]] after such a long illness and the Dutifull Affections and Solicitude of Sir Francis and Sir Henry demands that you should not keep back [[underline]] any [[/underline]] of your [[underline]] feelings [[/underline]] or [[underline]] ideas [[/underline]] respecting your health - She after put Her head on the Pillow whilst the Conversation was going on - and at last She gave me her hand and said Dear Augusta I thank you for having executed my Commission so exactly and faithfully - and She cried very much indeed - then She was Silent again - and I thought was asleep - but I saw the hands move up and down gently as if She was in prayer.
