My Dear Sir Henry I beg Pardon for troubling you with this letter, but you have [[underline]] indulged [[/underline]] me and [[underline]] spoiled [[/underline]] me often when under any uneasiness of Mind that I must entreat of you to call at the Queens House tomorrow to see the Queen who really has met with a very Serious alarm, and in the Night too - Doctor Baillie has seen Her and furnished something to quiet Her Nerves - Her Chambermaid [[underline]] Davenport [[/underline]] (who has been very strange for a long time past) went [[underline]] raving mad [[/underline]] in the Night and at five this Morning She flew down to the Queen's door - She knocked and then called for Mrs Beckendorff - who after listening and finding it was Davenports voice went out to Her - She said She would see the Queen and [[underline]] me [[/underline]] Mrs Beckendorff in Her [[underline]] mild way [[/underline]] told Her She could not wake the Queen but that She should see Her in the Morning - She then threw Herself on the floor and screamed and screamed in the most violent Manner - [[unclear]] came up as soon as he heard the bell and with the Porter got Her up to her own room. She was put under restraint by Dr Willis's Men - ^ [[addition]] in that State [[/addition]] is now thank God gone to London, but the State of nerves in which it has left [[underline]] the Queen [[/underline]] is really [[underline]] dreadfull [[/underline]] She is all kindness and humanity about the Poor Girl - and is [[underline]] only [[/underline] thinking how [[underline]] gratefull [[/underline]] She is that She did not alarm My Sister and [[underline]] myself [[/underline]] but [[underline]] She is [[/underline]] sadly shaken with it
