forgive you for saying so - She wont allow that [[underline]] any of us feel for the Kings unhappy State of Mind - at least She says though great Professions of feelings are made She has [[underline]] never [[/underline]] seen any of them. She has declared that after toNight the Subject is [[underline]] never to be Named again [[/underline]] and that She [[underline]] Commands [[/underline]] us to be Silent upon it. Our party has gone off much better this Evening and She exerted Herself to speak more than She has done since last Sunday - but I dare say it [[underline]] will not stop here [[/underline]] I am ashamed to have written so much on such a painfull Subject - because I love the Queen with all my Heart; but I feel the [[underline]] injustice most deeply [[/underline]] with which She treat [[underline]] us all four [[/underline]] - it is undeserved - and our lives have not been [[underline]] too happy [[/underline]] yet we have never complained nor should we if we were but quiet and Comfortable with the Queen Thank God we have never done any thing that will not bear the strictest scrutiny either in respect to our [[underline]] Duty or Affection [[/underline]] or also [[underline]] in our Actions towards Her - [[/underline]] and I only trust that the time may yet come when She will acknowledge it God bless you my Dearest Brother believe me ever Your most truly Affectionate Augusta Her R.
