My Dearest Brother I am Commanded by the Queen to inform you that being most anxious to meet with your wishes in consequence of a Message She received from you by Frederick, She sent immediately for Col Tayler and communicated to Him the purport upon which She was to write - and equally desirous of being very clear and explicit She desired Him to write the letter for Her - She would have copied it but She really had a bad headache - and therefore hopes you will excuse Her only having Signed the letter addressed to you - so far I have executed Her Commands - Now I think it candid and [[underline]] due [[/underline]] to you to tell you that She mentioned the Subject to us after dinner - but [[underline]] not [[/underline]] one word till Col Taylor brought Her the letters to sign - and She then expressed Herself with great irritation at Mr Perceval [[underline]] not [[/underline]] having written to Her saying He wrote to me last year when He felt Himself Embarrassed, & [[catchword]] I [[/catchword]]
