Weymouth August 6th- 1796 - My Dearest Brother I know that you will be happy to hear how we go on at this place The King My Sister and Myself are quite well - but Mama has got a great Cold and a pain in Her face Which is very much swelled - She bears it with all possible patience and assures us that it is [[underline]] nothing but a Cold [[/underline]] as She has a very [[underline]] good Appetite [[/underline]] and I [[underline]] really [[/underline]] think that to be the case- I wish you Joy of Your Sweet Child having cut another Tooth and being quite well - I hope You are both [[underline]] better [[/underline]] and [[underline]] quieter [[/underline]] than when I saw You last - [[underline]] You [[/underline]] are not [[underline]] forgot here [[/underline]] - and the little Room with [[underline]] one Window [[/underline]] that looks to the [[underline]] Sea [[/underline]] where You so [[underline]] often sat [[/underline]] in last year was the place [[underline]] chosen [[/underline]] by [[underline]] Your friends [[/underline]] to read a certain Paragraph which appeared in [[underline]] Wednesdays Oracle [[/underline]] - and which gave them all very great pleasure "Sweet is [[underline]] " pleasure after pain" [[/underline]] and God knows [[underline]] we [[/underline]] have had our share of it -- Pray let me have a line soon & I hope You wont forget what a good road there is for travelling into Dorsetshire - God bless You My Ever Dearest Brother & best friend Yr most truly Affectionate Augusta Sir William & Lady Pitt desire their Duty to You
