the Duke of Cumberland, yet that His late Majesty had confirmed by His Will of the 3/14 April 1751., and namely its 3th Article /: [[foreign:Latin]] secundum [[symbol]] 6:/ those Documents only so far, as the [[foreign:Latin]] Apanagium [[/foreign]] & Competency had been made to consist of 3,308091. Rixdollars, 32. gros, in money; and that all the rest had been made void & disanulled by the 15th Article of the Royal Will of the 3/14 April 1751, and that further this Legacy of 3,308,091. Rixdollars, 32 gros /: [[foreign:Latin]] secundum [[/foreign]] [[symbol]] 6. et 7:/ had been revoked, repealed, & disanulled too, by the Codicil of the 6. Oct: 1757., and that only the third part of 200/m Rixdollars had been left to His Royal Highness the Duke of Cumberland: And that moreover His late Majesty could do this lawfully 1.) because He had expressly reserved to himself in the Donation of the 10th of June 1743. full LIberty to change and disanull the said Donation & Cessions, which clause H.R.H. the Duke of Cumberland has agreed to in his acts of acceptation, & all his three Reversales, and has moreover engaged [[catchword]] & [[/catchword]]
