The Sums of Money consigned to the Duke of Cumberland by the above mentioned three [[underline]] Acts of Donation [[/underline]] , at [[underline]] three different times, [[/underline]] and under [[underline]] three different dates, [[/underline]] and which make a Sum [[underline]] of three millions [[/underline]] , [[underline]] three hundred & eight thousand [[/underline]] , [[underline]] ninety one Rix dollars [[/underline]] , [[underline]] 32. gros current money [[/underline]] , have by His late Majesty in His Will of the 3/14 [[underline]] th [[/underline]] of April 1751. a) been joined into one Sum total, b) have been appointed as an [[foreign:Latin]] Apanagium [[/foreign]] and Competency for the Duke, and c) have been confirmed and corroborated thus far, that is, so far, as the settling and determining of the Completency and [[foreign:Latin ]] Appanagium [[/foreign]] concerns the money, mention'd by the foregoing Donation and Cessions, but no further.
