His Majesty: [[underline]] His Majesty reserving at the same time, as the Law permits, to Himself, till His Death, full Liberty, to change this Act of Cession, and to disanull it. [[/underline]] His Royal Highness the Duke of Cumberland has bound himself by His [[underline]] act of acceptation, [[/underline]] bearing the same date, viz June ye. 10th 1743. [[underline]] to submit to whatever His Majesty had already disposed and ordained, concerning the said Fund, or might for the future ordain, and that he resigned himself entirely to the gracious Will and Pleasure of His Majesty [[/underline]] 3. The [[underline]] Act of Donation or Cession [[/underline]] of the 28 march/8 April 1745. mention's other [[underline]] 1,100000. [[/underline]] Rix dollars, which His Majesty intended to add to the [[underline]] [[foreign:Latin]] Appanagium [[/foreign]] [[/underline]] of the Duke of Cumberland; and contains His Royal Highness's [[underline]] Act of acceptation [[/underline]] of the same date, likewise his [[underline]] Reversales [[/underline]] of the same tenor with those of the year 1743., which have been mention'd in the foregoing Paragraph.
