His late Majesty George II. having disanulled & burnt His first German Will & Testament bearing date, [[foreign: German]] Herrenhausen [[/foreign]] August ye. 25th 1732., and his first German Codicil, bearing date Hanover October ye. 14th 1740.; Those Dispositions only can come under Consideration, which have been made by Him afterwards; and those are: [[underline]] 1. [[/underline]] The three Donations or Cessions, which at three different times, viz: a) June ye. 10th 1743. at Hannover. b) April ye. 28. march/ 8. april 1745. at St. James. c) August ye. 1/12th 1746. at Kensington. have been made by His late Majesty in favour of His Royal Highness the Duke of Cumberland, and have been accepted by His Royal Highness's reciprocal Bonds, called [[underline]] Reversales [[/underline]], bearing the same dates. [[underline]] 2. [[/underline]] The Will which His late Majesty has made the 3/14th day of April [[underline]] 1751. [[/underline]] at St. James. [[underline]] 3. [[/underline]] The Royal Codicil, bearing date Kensington October ye. 6th [[underline]] 1757. [[/underline]]
