Sums hereinbefore directed to be paid or of any of them shall be made good out of the other Fund hereinbefore by me established for securing the punctual payment thereof And also as to the whole of the said Pension in case all the said Annuitants shall die .... whilst the said Pension shall be subsisting And also as to the said arrears of the same Pension or so much such Arrears as shall not have been applied for the purposes aforesaid It is my Will and I do hereby direct that the said William Earl of Besborough and .... Thomas Lord Pelham or the Survivor of them his Executors or Administrators do and shall . -- pay and apply the same respectively unto such person and persons and in such manner as I shall by any Codicil Memorandum or other writing direct or appoint And in Case I -- shall make no such direction or appointment Then it is my Will that the the said William Earl of Besborough and Thomas Lord Pelham their Executors or Administrators do and shall stand and be possessed of the same several Premises or so much thereof as shall not have -- been applied for the purposes aforesaid In Trust for my said two Nephews Prince .... Charles of Hesse and Prince Frederick of Hesse in Moieties or equal Shares their respective Executors and Administrators and do and shall pay and assign the same accordingly And I give and bequeath to the several persons hereinafter named the following Legacies in Stock (that is to say) To my said Nephew Prince Charles of Hesse Twenty thousand Pounds of my Stock called Three per Centum Consolidated Bank Annuities which I direct shall be .... transferred as soon after my decease as conveniently may be by my Executors to my said Nephew or unto such person or persons as he shall by writing under his hand direct or appoint And to my said other Nephew Prince Frederick of Hesse Twenty thousand of my same Stock called Three per Centum Consolidated Bank Annuities which I direct shall be transferred as soon after my decease as conveniently may be by my Executors to my said Nephew Prince .... Frederick or unto such person or persons as he shall by writing under his hand direct or -- appoint To Lady Henrietta Vernon one of the Ladies of my Bed- Chamber Three thousand -- pounds of my Stock called Three per Centum Bank Annuities of the Year One thousand . -- seven hundred and twenty six To Lady Ann Howard one other of the Ladies of my .... Bed chamber Five thousand Pounds of the same Stock To Margaret Countess of Barrymore the other Lady of my Bed chaber Three thousand pounds of the same Stock To Mrs. -- Mary Boughton of Henrietta Street Cavendish Square One thousand pounds of the same Stock.
