Yearly as often as the same shall be to the said John Turner the Elder during so many. Annuitants) the further clear yearly Sum of One hundred pounds or so much thereof as the then .... undisposed of part of the said Pension for the time being will extend to pay over and besides and in addition to the said Annual Sum of One hundred and fifty pounds which I have hereinbefore directed to be paid to him as aforesaid And whereas the said Pension is not regularly paid half yearly or as it becomes due which may prove a great inconvenience to the several persons to whom I have given the said Annual Sums as aforesaid Now therefore in order that such Annual Payments -- may be made regularly half yearly on the days aforesaid or within forty days after although the same Pension shall not then be received I do hereby give to the said William Earl of Besborough and Thomas -- Lord Pelham their Executors and Administrators all Arrears of the said Pension that shall be due at my decease hereby directing my said Trustees and the Survivor of them his Executors and Administrators to apply the whole or any part of such Arrears in making good the payments hereinbefore directed -- to be made of the several Annual Sums aforesaid on the days hereinbefore mentioned To the Intent that the same annual Sums may be paid regularly and punctually by half yearly payments on the -- days hereinbefore appointed or mentioned for payment thereof or within forty days afterwards And as -- to the resdue or surplusage (if any such shall be) of the said Pension in case of the death of any -- one or more of the said several Persons amongst whom I have distributed the same Subject and -- without prejudice to the payment of the said additonal Yearly Sum of One hundred pounds to the said John Turner the Elder if he shall be living Or in case any part or parts of the said Annual
