William Earl of Besborough and Thomas Lord Pelham their Heirs Executors and Administrators . -- according to the nature and quality thereof Upon Trust nevertheless that they the said William Earl of Besborough and Thomas Lord Pelham or the Survivor of them his Heirs Executors or. -- Administrators do and shall as soon as conveniently may be after my Decease make sale . -- and dispose of my last mentioned Messuage or Tenement and Dwelling House with the Offices . -- and Appurtenances and the Furniture in the same House (Except as aforesaid) to any Person -- or Persons who shall be willing to purchase the same at or for the best price that can be got for the same and do and shall with and out of the Money to arise by such Sale as . -- aforesaid forthwith or as soon as conveniently may be after such Sale pay the Sum of Four thousand pounds unto Lady Elizabeth Waldegrave one of the Daughters of the Right Honorable John Earl Waldegrave deceased her Executors Administrators or Assigns if the said Lady Elizabeth Waldegrave shall be living at my decease to and for her own proper use and Benefit And the -- further Sum of Four thousand pounds to Lady Caroline Waldegrave the other Daughter of the said John Earl Waldegrave deceased her Executors Administrators or assigns if she the said Lady Caroline Waldegrave shall be living at my decease to and for her own proper use and benefit And after payment of the said several Sums of Four thousand pounds and Four thousand pounds or -- such of them as shall become payable do and shall pay the remainder (if any there shall be) of the Money to arise by such Sale as aforesaid And if neither of the said Sums shall become payable Then the whole of the Money arising by such Sale unto my said two Nephews Prince -- Charles of Hesse and Prince Frederick of Hesse in equal Moieties share and share alike their -- respective Executors Administrators and assigns to and for their own respective proper use and benefit Provided always and I do hereby declare that the Receipt and Receipts of the said William Earl of Besborough and Thomas Lord Pelham or the Survivor of them his Heirs Executors or -- Administrators shall be a good and effectual discharge to the Purchasor or prespective purchasors of my said Messuage or Tenement Lands and Hereditaments at Gunnersbury withe the Appurtenances of the said Lands so contracted for with the Appurtenances and of my said Messuage or Tenement in Cavendish Square with the Appurtenances and the Furniture hereinbefore directed to be sold respectively for his her or their purchase money or so much thereof as shall be therein .... acknowledged or expressed to be received And that after such Receipt or Receipts so given such Purchasor or Purchasors their his or her Heirs Executors Administrators or Assigns shall not be answerable or accountable for the loss misapplication or nonapplication thereof or of -- any part thereof And whereas I am intitled to a Pension charged upon the Irish -- Establishment in which there are now to come about seven years and which pension produces me a clear income of about Eight hundred and fifty pounds a year Now I do by this my Will give and bequeath the said Pension and all the Money payable by virtue thereof unto the said William Earl of Besborough and Thomas Lord Pelham their Executors and ....
