This is the last Will and Testament of me Amelia Princess of England Daughter of his late Majesty King George the Second I give devise and bequeath unto the Right Honourable William Earl of Besborough of the Kingdom of Ireland and Baron Ponsonby of the Kingdom of Great Britain and the Right Honourable .... Thomas Lord Pelham Baron Pelham of Stanmer in the County of Sussex their Heirs Executors and .... Administrators All my Freehold Messuage or Tenement Lands and Hereditaments at Gunnersbury in the County of Middlesex with the Appurtenances which I purchased under a Decree of the Court of Chancery -- and which were conveyed unto and to the Use of the said Earl of Besborough and the late Lord Berkeley -- of Stratton and their Heirs In Trust for me and my Heirs And also all those Fields or pieces or parcels of Land (near or adjoining to my said Freehold Messuage and Lands) which I hold by Lease for the . -- residue of a Term of Years from the Representatives of Richard Long Esquire (Subject to the -- Rent thereby reserved ) with their appurtenances To hold the same unto and to the Use of them the said William Earl of Besborough and Thomas Lord Pelman their Heirs Executors and Administrators according to the nature and quality of the premises Upon Trust nevetheless that they the said William Earl of Besborough and Thomas Lord Pelham or the Survivor of them his Heirs Executors or Administrators -- do and shall as soon after my decease as conveniently may be make sale and dispose of my said -- Messuage Lands and Hereditaments at Gunnersbury both Freehold and Leasehold to any person or -- persons who shall be willing to purchase the same at or for the best price that can be got for the -- same and do and shall pay one full moiety or half part of the Money to arise by such Sale and of the clear Rents and profits which shall arise or accrue from or in respect of the same premises in the mean time and until such Sale unto or for the proper use and benefit of my Nephew Prince Charles of Hesse second Son of my late Sister Mary Land Grävine of Hesse deceased his Executors and Administrators And do and shall pay the other Moiety or half part of the Money to arise by such Sale and of such clear rents and profits unto or for the proper use and benefit of my Nephew Prince Frederick of Hesse third -- son of my said late Sister Mary Land Gravine of Hesse deceased his Executors and Administrators And whereas I have contracted and agreed by myself or my Agentfor the purchase of the Inheritance in Fee Simple of and in Three Fields Closes or pieces or parcels of Land situate at Gunnersbury aforesaid with the Appurtenances and such Contract hath been reduced into writing and duly signed Now my Will is and I do hereby direct that the said Contract shall be carried into execution as soon as may -- be after my decease in case it shall not be done in my Life time And that the Premises so contracted for shall be conveyed unto and to the Use of the said William Earl of Besborough and Thomas Lord -- Pelham and their Heirs But in case the said Contract shal be carried into execution in my Life -- tme then I give and devise the said three Fields Closes or pieces or parcels of Land so contracted for with the Appurtenances unto and to the Use of the said William Earl of Besborough and Thomas Lord Pelham and their Heirs In Trust in either case that they or the Survivor of them or the Heirs of such Survivor shall and do make Sale thereof as and in the manner hereinbefore directed concerning my other Freehold Estate at Gunnersbury and shall and do pay apply and dispose of the Money arising by such Sale and -- the intermediate Rents Issues and Profits thereof in such manner as I have hereinbefore directed the -- Money to arise by the Sale of my said other Estates at Gunnersbury and the Rents Issues and Profits thereof be applied and disposed of And I give devise and bequeath unto the said William Earl of Besborough and Thomas Lord Pelham their Heirs Executors and Administrators All that my -- Messuage or Tenement and Dwelling house in Cavendish Square in the said County of Middlesex with -- the Offices and Appurtenances thereunto belonging And also all my Furniture in my same House -- (Except Plate, Linen, China, Books and Family Pictures) To hold unto and to the Use of the said
