George Louis. Born at Hannover 1660. He became Elector 1698, & King of Great Britain in 1714. He was married to Sophia Dorothea Daughter of George William Duke of Zell. by whom He had one Son & one Daughter. viz George the 2d/ born at Hannover in 1683. married 1705. to Wilhelmina Caroline Princess of Anspact a Great Favorite of the Electress Sophia, and a Scholar of Leibneitz. their Eldest Son was Frederick Louis, who died Prince of Wales & was Father to King
