this News. He accepted & acted as Legiti- mate Sovereign. The first Use he made of His power was to send orders to Sr Robert Brokenbury Constable of the Tower, to put Edward the vth & the Duke of York His brother to death. which He refused to do. He then Sent Sr James Tirrel & ordered the Constable to give up the Keys to him for one Night. & Tirrel, Slater, & Dighton, & Forest, His three Associates. Suffocated these two un- happy & innocent Princes in the Night & buried them at the foot of the Stairs deep in the ground under a heap of Stone.
