to every Lot, and great Care has been taken to render them of equal Value in the Gross, altho' it may not have proved so practicable to render them all equally interesting:- but as they are to be drawn for, no Preference can be supposed to have been shewn. In order to equalize the Lots of ornamental Furniture, the Executors have allowed Mr. Banting to include the two fine Flower Pieces by Van Huysen, in one of them, and to distribute the Indian Furniture presented by Mrs. Hastings & Lord Wellesley, which it had been intended otherwise to have set aside undivided, for Sale. Their Royal Highnesses have determined to dispose as follows, of some Articles. All the Tents that were Tipoo Saib's and others, to be presented to the Prince Regent.
