The King hopes that Prince William will learn to limit his spending as Prince Frederick does, since the King cannot afford to indulge the inclinations of all his numerous family to spend money; he adds that he has had reassuring reports of Prince Frederick's health and that the Prince of Wales has gone to Brighton without doing his father the courtesy of informing him.
